“This review is LONG overdue! As a local realtor, one of the things I count on most is the team I surround myself and my clients with. Having a dependable, experienced, can’t-tell-them-anything-that-scares-them contractor is absolutely critical. ALC & ALR has been my go to for roofing, for drainage, for foundation repair, for crawlspace repair, for decks etc. I could go on and on. They love going up against some of the super expensive big names in town and have always done a wonderful job for us and our clients. Case in point, we had a tricky situation on our recent listing and the minor crawlspace repair had to be done before closing. The experience was painless, and frankly above my expectations. We moved our construction dates a month prior to the original agreement and he was very accommodating and patient during the entire process. I am a first-time home buyer and did not know how the whole process worked. Mike just fixed the drain pipe issue. The only work remaining is the installation of the gas line outlets for the fireplace and bbq and the gas fireplace installation. With regard to that, Jeremie said he’d be in touch in a couple weeks to finish that up.

“Hi Eric,

We are delighted with our new roof! Your crew were indeed amazing and enjoyable to have around. They are returning I think at some point with a little more foam gutter filler for the garage and also I think the safety harness attachments need to be reinstalled. There were some packs of shingles left over and are now in my garage plus three plastic vents. If you want these back to recoup costs please come and collect them. Otherwise I will keep them at the house for future repairs, so once this is all done I will send you a check. Thanks to you a Jeremy once again for looking after us so well!”
